ORDER. Defendant's Motion (Doc. 11 ) to compel arbitration is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff's Motion to remand (Doc. 7 ) calls into question the Court's subject matter jurisdiction. Only once the jurisdictional question is answered may the Court reach the substance of Plaintiff's claims. In the event that the Court concludes it has jurisdiction, Defendant may file a renewed motion to compel arbitration.
