The Court is emailing a copy of this Order to Mr. Gumora at GumoraAgain120@proton.me. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge John G. Koeltl on 9/11/2026) (ks) Transmission to Office of the Clerk of Court for processing.

Order on Motion for Leave to Electronically File Document under Seal
ORDER granting 9987 Motion for Leave to Electronically File Document under Seal. The Court finds that Objectors NACS's and Circle K's interests in maintaining the confidentiality of defendants' business information outweigh the public's qualified right of access. NACS and Circle K shall file their objection and declaration under seal and shall also file a redacted version of both documents on the public docket. Ordered by Judge Brian M. Cogan on 9/11/2026.
