Report and Recommendation re 126 Answer and 148 motion for summary judgment filed on behalf of Yvonne Hicks and Angels Touch Home Health Care, LLC (hereinafter, collectively "third party defendants"). The third party defendants have failed to comply with multiple court orders; therefore, the undersigned recommends that the district judge strike the answer and motion for summary judgment filed on behalf of the third party defendants and enter default against them. If the assigned United States District Judge adopts this recommendation, it is further recommended that the 151 motion to seal be found as moot. Objections to R&R due by 8/17/2026.
