Nunley on 7/8/2026: Plaintiff's Counsel was ordered to file a response to the Court's 6/26/2026 Order to Show Cause (ECF No. 19) by 7/2/2026 for Plaintiff's failure to file an opposition or statement of non-opposition to Defendant's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (ECF No. 17 ). To date, a response has not been filed. Accordingly, Counsel for Plaintiff, David Eugene Foyil, shall pay sanctions in the amount of $250.00. The sum is to be paid personally by Counsel not later than twenty-one (21) days from the filing of this Order. The Court will grant Plaintiff one more opportunity to file an opposition or statement of non-opposition to Defendant's Motion no later than 7/15/2026.
