ORDER: On July 6, 2026, counsel for the parties appeared for a follow up case management conference. For the reasons stated during the conference, counsel will promptly meet and confer regarding the outstanding issues related to the ERISA record and whether any written discovery is necessary. The parties shall file a status report by no later than July 17, 2026 informing the Court as to whether the outstanding issues are resolved. In the event that any issue remains in dispute, the parties shall promptly file a motion for a discovery dispute conference along with a joint discovery dispute statement for the Court's consideration.
