   ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Remand (ECF No. 6 ), filed April 5, 2023. In their Motion, Defendants seek remand since removal of this action violates the prohibition against local defendant removals found in 28 U.S.C. § 1441(b)(2). The Court agrees that remand is appropriate on these grounds. Therefore, the Court GRANTS the Motion (ECF No. 6 ) and REMANDS this case to the 342nd Judicial District Court of Tarrant County, Texas.
