Magistrate Judge Paul G. Levenson: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. During a discovery conference [ECF No. 899 ], the Court entered rulings as to disputes outlined in the proposed ESI Protocol [ECF No. 893 , Exhibit A] and Protective Order [ECF No. 893 , Exhibit B]. The Court also ordered the parties to file revised versions of the above documents, incorporating the Court's rulings and proposed language as discussed at the conference. The Court also ruled that limited discovery should commence against Progress. The limited discovery should be guided by the categories identified by Progress [ECF No. 893 , Exhibit C]. Plaintiffs and Progress are instructed to meet and confer as to the specific requests. Disputed requests may be identified for further conference with the Court.
