ORDER.
IT IS ORDERED that the Plaintiffs' 61 motion for judgment debtor exam is granted in part and denied in part without prejudice. The Court grants Plaintiffs' motion regarding Plaintiffs' request for a judgment debtor exam. T he Court denies Plaintiffs' motion without prejudice regarding Plaintiffs' request that the Court compel Defendants' to produce documents and answer interrogatories.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs must serve a copy of this order on Defendants and file a proof of that service on the docket.
