TEXT ORDER striking 80 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. On June 25, 2026, the Court entered a Text Order setting forth the procedure for the submission of dispositive motions in this matter. (Dkt. 77). The motion for partial summary judgment (Dkt. 80) filed by Plaintiff on July 1, 2026, does not comply with that procedure. Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment (Dkt. 80) is hereby stricken from the record. Plaintiff shall serve its motion for partial summary judgment in accordance with the procedure stated in the Court's June 25, 2026 Text Order (Dkt. 77) by the close of business today. SO ORDERED.
