CLERK'S JUDGMENT - IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that pursuant to the Court's Order filed February 13, 2024, judgment is entered in favor of Barbara Jean Kane, James Franklin Ryan, and Chris Klock Ministries, Inc. (jointly) and against Judith McComas in the amount of $45,000.00 for their attorneys' fees incurred herein (plus interest accruing at the statutory rate). It is further ordered awarding Chris Klock Ministries, Inc. an additional $7,500.00 (plus interest accruing at the statutory rate) against Judith McComas for the attorneys' fees and costs previously paid to National Western from the interpleaded funds.
