Order Setting Status Conference
PAPERLESS ORDER setting telephonic status conference. The Court inadvertently set the September 11, 2026 hearing on the 39 MOTION to Enforce Settlement on a religious holiday. In order to facilitate efficient rescheduling, the Court will conduct a telephonic status conference on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Miami Division before Magistrate Judge Lauren Fleischer Louis. The Parties shall confer in advance to propose their mutual availability for a hearing on the 39 MOTION to Enforce Settlement.
Instructions for telephonic hearings: Dial (833) 568-8864. When prompted, enter the Meeting ID, 161 848 5397, followed by the # key. When prompted to enter a "Participant ID.," enter only the # key. Notice to Counsel of Local Rule
NOTICE of Local Rule 1.11(e), which provides that, unless an order states another time, a seal under Rule 1.11 expires ninety days after a case is closed and all appeals are exhausted.
