ORDER granting 46 : Defendant Suffolk Construction Company, Inc.'s ("Suffolk") request for an extension of time to complete discovery is granted on consent.
(1) Suffolk's deadline to respond to post-deposition demands is extended to 08/14/2026.
(2) Non-party ADCO Electrical Corporation's ("ADCO") deadline to respond to post-deposition subpoenas is 08/14/2026.
(3) Suffolk may notice and complete Independent Medical Examinations within forty-five (45) days of this Order.
(4) The parties are authorized to conduct an inspection of the subject cable tugger machine and Plaintiff's hard hat at the ADCO warehouse on 08/27/2026 with reasonable non-destructive examination and documentation, coordinated among counsel and ADCO.
(5) The deadline to complete fact discovery is 09/30/2026 for the limited purposes identified herein. The parties shall file a joint status report certifying the close of fact discovery by 10/07/2026. All remaining deadlines in the Court's 03/17/2026 Order are in effect.
