Accordingly, the Motion Hearing set for 8/7/2026 before District Judge Dena M. Coggins is VACATED, to be reset at a later date if the court determines that oral argument is needed. This Order does not impact the filing deadline for a Reply brief, which shall be filed in accordance with Local Rule 230.
