ORDER granting 95 Consent Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply: Having considered Plaintiffs' consensual extension motion, it is GRANTED. Accordingly, the Court's deadlines are extended as follows:
1. Plaintiffs are to serve their Rule 56.1 Counterstatement of Facts by October 16, 2026;2. Defendants are to serve their response to the Plaintiffs' Counterstatement of Facts by November 13, 2026;3. Defendants shall have until December 2, 2026 to file their pre-motion conference request; and4. Plaintiffs shall have until December 15, 2026 to file their response.
