ORDER DIRECTING CLERK TO TERMINATE MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AS MOOT AND TO CONFORM DOCKET re: 279 Motion for Summary Judgment. The filing of the joint stipulation rendered Annakukov's motion for summary judgment (ECF 279) moot by depriving this Court of jurisdiction to consider its merits. The Clerk of Court is therefore DIRECTED to terminate that motion, and is further DIRECTED to terminate Annakukov as a party in this case.
