TEXT-ONLY ORDER: As discussed at the July 1, 2026 hearing on Plaintiffs' motion in limine, the parties shall confer on the portions of the Bill Bazzi deposition that will be presented at trial no later than July 8, 2026. To the extent there are objections to the designations or questions that the parties cannot resolve after attempting to do so, they must file a joint statement setting forth their positions no later than July 13, 2026. To the joint statement the parties must attach a copy of the deposition (in the format of four pages to a page, if that is available), with the lines to which objections are made highlighted.
