Pursuant to the 119 USCA Mandate in appellate case number 25-02897, from the US Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, the agency having custody of the plaintiff, Booker T Seals, is directed to remit the appellate docketing fee of $605.00 from his prison trust fund account if such funds are available.
