TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colleen R. Lawless on 06/11/2026. Pursuant to the 119 USCA Mandate in appellate case number 25-02897, from the US Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, the agency having custody of the plaintiff, Booker T Seals, is directed to remit the appellate docketing fee of $605.00 from his prison trust fund account if such funds are available. If he does not have $605.00 in his account, the agency must send 20 percent of the current balance or the average balance during the past six months, whichever amount is higher; thereafter, the agency shall begin forwarding monthly payments from the plaintiff's trust fund account to the Clerk of Court each time the plaintiff's amount exceeds $10.00 until the statutory appeal fee of $605.00 is paid in its entirety. MANDATE of USCA as to 103 Notice of Interlocutory Appeal filed by Booker T Seals. IT IS ORDERED that this appeal is DISMISSED for failure to pay the required docketing fee pursuant to Circuit Rule 3(b).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appellant pay the appellate fee of $605.00 to the clerk of the district court. The clerk of the district court shall collect the appellate fees from the prisoner's trust fund account using the mechanism of Section 1915(b). Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 433 (7th Cir. 1997).
