ORDER granting in part 41 Motion for Summary Judgment - The Court WITHOLDS JUDGMENT at this time and ORDERS Plaintiff, by no later than August 14, 2026, to file an affidavit with supporting documentation setting forth (a) the amount of pre-judgment interest it seeks, including the formula used to calculate said amount; and (b) any attorneys' fees sought in relation to the motion for summary judgment.
