ORDER striking Defendant TianShangmao's 39 Affidavit in support of its previous 28 Response to the Court's Order to Show Cause for the same reasons articulated in the Court's Orders at Docs. 26 , 29 and 35 . Defendant provides insufficient evidence to show it is a sole proprietorship that can represent itself pro se, rather than a single-member LLC. Aside from conclusory language, Defendant's filing contains an ambiguous and incomplete translation of a business registration certificate that at most identifies the "Type of Entity" as a "Single-Member Business Entity (Solely Invested and Owned by a Natural Person)."
