ORDER - AND NOW, on this 10th day of February 2022, upon consideration of Plaintiffs uncontested motion for return of security (Doc. No. 45), IT IS ORDERED THAT Plaintiffs motion is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Plaintiff shall provide to the Court, within ten (10) days of the date of this Order, the address to which the security shall be remitted, and upon receipt of this information, the Clerk of the Court shall remit to Plaintiff the $10,000 security originally deposited with the Court on July 30, 2015 by issuing a check in the amount of $10,000 made payable to Penn-Air & Hydraulics Corp. and mailing the check to the address provided by Plaintiff.
