MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 50 Status Report filed by Freedom Mortgage Corporation. ENDORSEMENT: I would find counsel's submission more convincing if he had not said essentially the same thing once before when he missed a deadline, (ECF No. 41), and then missed another deadline, after which he was admonished, (see ECF Nos. 46-47), and then missed a deadline again. The calendaring error excuse is not going to fly again. Going forward, if counsel misses a deadline by even a day, it will cost him $500.
