ORDER granting 28 Motion to Continue. For good cause shown, the Court RESETS the Early Neutral Evaluation and Case Management Conference ("ENE/CMC") to December 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM before Magistrate Judge Brian J. White. The ENE/CMC will be held in person at the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Courthouse, located at 221 West Broadway, San Diego, California 92101. The parties shall proceed to the fifth floor and call Judge White's chambers at (619) 557-2993 to check-in. Please do not use the buzzer. The Court will hold pre-ENE calls with counsel only on December 4, 2026. Defense counsel shall call Judge White's chambers at 3:00 p.m., and Plaintiff's counsel shall call at 3:30 p.m. The parties shall file their Joint Discovery Plan on ECF and lodge their confidential ENE statements by email to efile_white@casd.uscourts.gov on or before December 1, 2026. The deadline for the Rule 26(f) Conference is November 24, 2026 and the exchange of initial disclosures shall take place on or before December 1, 2026.
