Good cause appearing therefor, the Courthereby orders as follows: 1. Plaintiff Rothman and the Class shall file their motion for preliminary approval of class settlement within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order. A copy of the Parties' fully executed settlement agreement shall be attached to that motion. 2. In light of the foregoing and the notice of settlement submitted by the Parties, all trial and pretrial calendar dates, as reflected in ECF Docket Nos. 186 and 191, are hereby vacated in order to allow the Parties to complete their settlement and the Court to hear the motion for preliminary approval of class settlement.
