ORDER granting 227 DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO EXTEND CASE MANAGEMENT DEADLINES - Defendants' Motion to Extend Case Management Deadlines is GRANTED. [Dkt. 227.] The Court agrees with Defendants that the issues before the Court in Defendants' Motion for Sanctions should be resolved before the remaining case management deadlines elapse. Because Plaintiff's opposition concerns the merits of the discovery dispute underlying the Motion for Sanctions, it is not a basis to deny Defendants' requested extension of time or stay.For these reasons, the case management deadlines for expert disclosure, discovery requests to be served, depositions to be completed, and dispositive motions to be filed as set forth in the Court's May 29, 2026, Order, [dkt. 195 at 14-15], are STAYED until further order of the Court. Defendants' Motion for Sanctions will be ruled on in due course. Plaintiff's recently extended deadline to file his reply in support of his Motion for Summary Judgment remains September 22, 2026.
