ORDER. On July 20, 2026, Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant PSCC Holdings, LLC ("PSCC") filed a "Response to the Court's Order to Show Cause" [Doc. 46]. Based on the explanation provided in the Response and PSCC's confusion, the Court discharges the Show Cause Order [Doc. 44]. But "[u]nless the Court notifies the parties to the contrary," the "briefing schedule for all motions" is set forth in Local Rule 7.1. See E.D. Tenn. L.R. 7.1. A Party that fails to timely respond to a motion does so at its peril. See id. at L.R. 7.2 (failure to timely respond to a motion "may be deemed a waiver of any opposition to the relief sought"). If the Court determines that a hearing is appropriate, the Court will set a hearing on Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's "Motion for Preliminary Injunction" [Doc. 41] after the motion is fully briefed.
