MINUTE ORDER: On June 23, 2026, the Court stayed this proceeding for 120 days. ECF No. 135 . In light of the stay and pursuant to Magistrate Judge Pettit's Civil Chambers Rules where lead-up dates to the Mandatory Settlement Conference would fall within the 120-day stay period, the Mandatory Settlement Conference set for November 10, 2026 is VACATED.
