   The court makes preliminary remarks and hears representations of counsel. IT IS ORDERED that 21 Fourth Stipulation Regarding Discovery Dispute is GRANTED in PART and DENIED in PART. The discovery deadline is extended until September 25, 2026. Discovery extension is limited to depositions only. Defendant shall first produce the following witnesses for deposition by plaintiff: (1) Defendants 30(b)6 designee/s; (2) Mike Ko; (3) Amanda Pietsch; and (4) Lisa Sakaio. Once those depositions are completed by the plaintiff, the defendant may take up to 4 depositions.

   Dispositive motions are due October 26, 2026. Proposed Joint Pretrial Order due November 30, 2026. If dispositive motions are filed, the deadline for filing the joint pretrial order will be suspended until 30 days after decision on the dispositive motions or further court order.

   The plaintiffs request for court reporter costs for cancellations is GRANTED. A declaration with supporting documentation is due August 28, 2026. Any response to the declaration is due September 4, 2026.
