Minute Order Order on Motion to Reconsider
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Miranda M. Du on 7/31/2025.
The Court granted Defendant's motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff's remaining claims for retaliation and fraud. (ECF No. 110 .) The Court had previously dismissed Plaintiff's sexual harassment claim (ECF No. 38 ) and other fraud claims (ECF No. 53 ). Now before the Court is Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration, asking the Court to reconsider its decision granting summary judgment and dismissal of the sexual harassment claim. (ECF No. 114 .) Plaintiff fails to offer any valid reasons for the Court to reconsider its order. See Frasure v. United States, 256 F. Supp. 2d 1180, 1183 (D. Nev. 2003) (A motion to reconsider must set forth "some valid reason why the court should reconsider its prior decision" and set "forth facts or law of a strongly convincing nature to persuade the court to reverse its prior decision"). Accordingly, the Court denies Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration (ECF No. 114 ).
