MINUTE ORDER granting in part and denying in part 114 Plaintiff Hudson's Motion for Confidential Disclosure of Guardian Ad Litem Peritz's Detailed Billing Records Herein and His Confidential In Camera Reports to the Court, and for Setting a Later Date for Plaintiff Hudson to File its Substantive Response to His Renewed Motion for Order for Payment of Guardian Ad Litem Fees. As no party objects to the confidential disclosure of GAL Peritz's reports to the court, it is ORDERED that GAL Peritz shall produce copies of the confidential reports to Hudson and Shiflett no later than October 16, 2026. However, as the court is authorized to "decide issues of liability for fees before receiving submissions on the value of services," Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d)(2)(C), the motion is denied without prejudice insofar that GAL Peritz is not required to produce his detailed billing records at this time. Additionally, finding good cause shown, it is ORDERED that the deadline for Hudson and Shiflett to file a response to the 113 Renewed Motion for Order for Payment of Guardian Ad Litem Fees is extended to November 6, 2026, and a reply, if any, shall be filed no later than November 20, 2026.
