The Court makes preliminary remarks and hears from parties as to the status of the state court case and the pending motions.
The Court finds, for reasons stated on the record, IT IS ORDERED the 41 Motion to Dismiss by Deft All Type and 22 Motion to Dismiss as to Deft Corvel are DENIED without prejudice. The 11 Motion to Dismiss as to Deft Amy Reyes is GRANTED without prejudice and she is terminated from this action at this time.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED this matter is STAYED pending conclusion of discovery in the state court matter. Parties may file a motion to lift the stay at that time.
The Court will not issue a separate written ruling. The instant minutes of proceedings and minute order, which incorporate by reference the transcript of the hearing and the reasoning therein, shall serve as the final order of the Court.
