MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Chief Judge Andrew P. Gordon on 3/18/2026.
The Court currently has custody of the parties' exhibits in this case from the August 2022 Bench Trial. It has been determined that the exhibits may be returned to the parties.
IT IS ORDERED that the parties have twenty-one (21) days from the date of this order to claim the exhibits from the Clerk pursuant to Local Criminal Rule 55-1. Any exhibits not claimed within that time will be destroyed. To arrange pickup, contact the Clerk's Office in Las Vegas at melissa_johansen@nvd.uscourts.gov. The deadline to claim the exhibits is April 8, 2026.
