ORDER: As discussed at the conference held on August 24, 2026: 1. By August 31, 2026, the parties shall exchange dates for the depositions of Mr. Lauin his individual capacity and Plaintiff. Those depositions shall be concluded on or before September 30, 2026. 2. Defendants shall file a letter on the docket by August 31, 2026 indicating whether they intend to seek a protective order in connection with Plaintiffs' request for production of the corporate tax returns. If Defendants do not intend to see a protective order, or if such an order is denied, Defendants shall produce the corporate tax returns by September 11, 2026. 3. The deadline for completing fact discovery is extended nunc pro tunc until September 30, 2026, solely for the purpose of completing the depositions of Plaintiff and Mr. Lau and producing Defendants' corporate tax returns. I do not anticipate further extensions of this deadline absent extremely good cause shown. Deposition due by 9/30/2026. Fact Discovery due by 9/30/2026. (Signed by Magistrate Judge Robyn F.
