ORDER: For the reasons stated in the accompanying memorandum opinion, the court GRANTS the motions to dismiss filed by all parties, (docs. 19 , 20 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 35 ), except Judge Day and Johnson's first motion to dismiss, (doc. 17 ), which the court DENIES AS MOOT. The court DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE all claims against Glencoe Police Department, Officer Andrew Lang, Glencoe Municipal Court, and Etowah County Circuit Court and DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE Rogers's remaining claims. The court DENIES all remaining Plaintiff's motions (docs. 46 , 47 , 48 , 51 , 54 , 55 , 59 , 60 , 65 , 66 , 67 , 76 , 79 ). The court DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to mail a copy of this order to pro se Plaintiff Draper Rogers at his address of record. The court will enter a separate order that carries out this ruling.
