Order Dismissing Case
ORDER re 32 Report. The parties report that, as of July 20, 2026, they have reached a settlement in principle, subject to drafting and negotiation of a final definitive agreement and that the parties will request a settlement conference, if they are unable to reach a definitive agreement.
