MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 49 Motion for Settlement. The first, third, and fourth Winston factors weigh in favor of enforcement of the settlement agreement, and the absence of partial performance does not bar enforcement. Plaintiff's motion to enforce the settlement is therefore GRANTED. The parties are to inform the Court by letter filed no later than August 13, 2026, what steps remain necessary in this case.
