Order on Motion to Seal Order on Motion to Strike
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Strike/Withdraw (DE 58 ) ("Motion"). In the Motion filed on January 15, 2025, Plaintiff requests the Court strike her previously filed Motion to Enforce Settlement and Motion Seeking Leave to File Confidential Settlement Agreement Under Seal (DE 56 ), which was filed on January 13, 2025. According to Plaintiff, the Parties have finalized all settlement terms on their own. Moreover, a review of the record confirms that the Parties have already filed their self-executing Joint Stipulation of Dismissal (DE 59 ). Accordingly, upon review of the record and the Motion, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion to Strike/Withdraw (DE 58 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff's Motion to Enforce Settlement and Motion Seeking Leave to File Confidential Settlement Agreement Under Seal (DE 56 ) is STRICKEN. Signed by Judge Kathleen M. Williams on 1/15/2025. (bja)
