Order on Motion for Summary Judgment Order on Motion to Withdraw as Attorney Order on Motion to Stay
ORDER. The 48 motion for Attorney Siddharth Sinha to withdraw as counsel is GRANTED. In addition, the 49 joint motion for stay of proceedings is GRANTED. This case is hereby STAYED, and the Clerk is directed to administratively close the case without prejudice to reopening pending the outcome of the arbitration. Regardless of whether the parties resolve the claims or not, the parties shall also file within 30 days of the conclusion of the arbitration or any settlement a notice updating the Court as to the status of the arbitration and whether they wish to reopen the case. In light of this order, the 47 motion for summary judgment is DENIED as moot. If the parties decide to reopen this case, the defendants may renew their motion for summary judgment.
