District Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. ORDER REFERRING CASE to Alternative Dispute Resolution.In light of the report that Nautilus and Cahners wish to pursue ADR, this matter is hereby REFERRED for mediation by Magistrate Judge Hedges, who has already been assigned to mediate a separate dispute in this case involving Nautilus and another party. See Doc. No. 138. If Nautilus and Cahners do not reach a settlement, they shall file a joint status report within fourteen days of the mediation’s conclusion stating their joint or separate positions regarding how the Court should proceed.(FGD)
