CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER: Compliance with provisions of Rule 16 shall be completed as follows: Initial disclosures pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a) shall be made by September 10, 2026. Amendments to the pleadings and joinder of additional parties will be completed by November 10, 2026. The ADR process will be completed no later than December 10, 2026. A Post-ADR Video Conference is scheduled for December 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The Court will utilize Zoom. The Meeting ID Number is 165 241 7239. A link to participate will be emailed to counsel. The parties shall complete fact discovery by February 8, 2027. A status/settlement conference will be held via video on February 12, 2027, at 1:00 PM. The Court will utilize Zoom. The Meeting ID Number is 165 290 5572. A link to participate will be emailed to counsel. The parties shall be available by telephone. No later than 5 business days prior to the conference any party intending to file a motion for summary judgment shall file a statement, no longer than 3 pages, setting forth the grounds on which the motion will be filed. All parties are to be prepared to discuss this at the conference. The instructions on how to participate will follow in a subsequent order. Plaintiff's expert reports should be filed by March 12, 2027, and Plaintiff's depositions taken by April 2, 2027. Plaintiff shall submit a demand, in writing, no later than November 13, 2026. Defendant shall respond to the demand, in writing, no later than November 30, 2026. Should the Plaintiff wish to proceed anonymously in this action, she must file a motion to proceed under a pseudonym no later than September 28, 2026.
