02 - Minute Order Documents - Link to Document(s) Ruling on Motion to Exceed Page Limitation
MINUTE ORDER by Judge Claire V Eagan - Plaintiff the Securities and Exchange Commission has moved to exceed the page limitation on its reply brief in support of its motion for remedies and entry of final judgment, as well as to file under seal an unredacted version of one exhibit plaintiff intends to file with its reply (Dkt. # 27 ). Plaintiff represents that defendant does not oppose either request. For good cause shown, plaintiffs request for leave to exceed the page limitation on its reply brief to sixteen pages is granted. Plaintiff also seeks to file under seal an unredacted version of one exhibit, which it states contains names of investors, which have been previously redacted from defendants publicly filed exhibits. The Court grants plaintiffs request to file the exhibit under seal. Plaintiff shall file as part of the public record its REDACTED supporting exhibit. Plaintiff shall also file, separately and under seal, the entire UNREDACTED supporting exhibit using the event {"sealed unredacted version per FRCP 5.2(f)"}. The sealed unredacted document shall NOT be filed using a separate sealed motion event. THE PARTIES ARE DIRECTED TO CONFER AS TO WHICH PORTIONS SHOULD BE REDACTED ; granting 27 Motion for Leave to Exceed Page Limitation (Re: 27 Unopposed MOTION for Leave to Exceed Page Limitation and for Leave to File Exhibit Under Seal ) (This entry is the Official Order of the Court. No document is attached.) (atn, Dpty Clk)
