MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING CASE FOR LACK OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION: Because this civil suit has reached the summary judgment stage and there is not sufficient evidence in the record to support the necessary factual findings as to subject matter jurisdiction, this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Judgment will be entered accordingly. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to terminate the Amazon Defendants' pending motions for summary judgment (ECF 285), and for leave to file summary judgment evidence under seal (ECF 287), and their supplemental for leave to file evidence under seal (ECF 338), and then to close this case.
