Order on Motion to Continue
PAPERLESS ORDER granting 505 Unopposed Motion to Continue (the “Motion”). Our Plaintiff, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “CFTC”), tells us that its settlement negotiations with the remaining defendants have “significantly advanced” and “may ultimately obviate the need for the CFTC to seek summary judgment against any remaining defendant.” Motion at 2.
