ORDER DISPOSING OF VARIOUS OPEN LETTER MOTIONS denying 197 Motion to Seal; granting 198 Motion to Amend/Correct; granting 198 Motion for Reconsideration ; denying 202 Motion to Seal; denying 209 Motion to Seal; denying 211 Motion to Seal. Presently before the court are five letter motions to seal various documents. The motions are found at Docket## 197, 198, 202, 209 and 211. The motions are GRANTED only to the extent of allowing the parties to redact from the public re cord any material that has been produced by FINMA, the Swiss regulatory authority.. Such material falls within Sections 2(e) and (f) of the Protective Order in this case, because the material may not be publicly disclosed at present consistent wit h Swiss law.To the extent any of these letter motions seek to file any other material under seal, they are DENIED. The Clerk of Court is directed to remove the letter motions at Docket## 197, 198, 202,209 and 211 from the court's list of open motions. Order on Motion for Extension of Time
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to Conduct Scheduling Conference. 22 . Therein, Defendants seek a thirteen-day extension of time to conduct their scheduling conference. Id. at 1. In support thereof, Defendants contend that because of "conflict issues, the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida will not be representing Defendants in this matter," and thus the "Department of Justice leadership is currently working to identify another U.S. Attorney's Office that will represent [them]." See id. Plaintiff does not oppose the requested relief. Id. at 2. Here, the Court finds good cause to grant the requested extension. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 22 is GRANTED.
