ORDER granting 119 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon consideration of the Motion and the declaration submitted in support thereof, see Dkt. 119-1, as well as all prior papers and proceedings in this action, including the prior motions to withdraw filed on April 15, 2026, see Dkt. 92, and May 14, 2026, see Dkt. 102, and for GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, the Motion is GRANTED. Ms. Boston Seaton is ORDERED to serve this Order on Ms. Zengli He and Mr. Huan Wang and to file proof of service on the docket. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, because "a corporation cannot generally appear in federal court except through its lawyer," Jacobs v. Patent Enf't Fund, Inc., 230 F.3d 565, 568 (2d Cir. 2000), Plaintiff must retain new counsel and have new counsel enter a notice of appearance in this matter not later than Friday, October 16, 2026. See also Rowland v. Cal. Men's Colony, 506 U.S. 194, 201-02 (1993); SEC v. Rsch. Automation Corp., 521 F.2d 585, 589 (2d Cir.1975); 28 U.S.C. § 1654. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's deadline to submit any response to Defendant's motion requesting this Court to pierce Plaintiff's corporate veil, see Dkt. 117, is ADJOURNED to Friday, October 30, 2026. AML Global must submit any reply in support of its motion not later than Friday, November 6, 2026. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the open motion at Dkt. 119 and to terminate Ms. Bost Seaton as Plaintiff's counsel in this action. SO ORDERED.
