Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m) requires service of the summons and complaint to be perfected upon defendants within 90 days after the filing of the complaint. Plaintiff filed this action on August 22, 2025, and has failed to timely serve the Defendant. In addition, Plaintiff failed to respond to the Court's Order to Show Cause regarding service entered on July 21, 2026. [ECF No. 13].
