MINUTE ORDER granting 2 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(3) & 12(b)(6). The court agrees that Plaintiff's one-paragraph complaint fails to state a claim. It contains no more than an unadorned, conclusory assertion of discrimination due to "disability and/or retaliation." ECF No. 1 . The court will afford Plaintiff 30 days, until August 18, 2023, to file an amended complaint that alleges sufficient facts to support a claim. Such amended complaint also shall state the grounds for venue in the District of Columbia. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint, the court will enter a final order dismissing this action.
