Order Referring Case to Magistrate Judge
PAPERLESS ORDER OF REFFERAL FOR SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE. THIS CAUSE is before the Court following the final Pre-Trial Status Conference held on July 7, 2026. See ECF Nos. 105 , 108 , and 114 . At the Status Conference, the Court advised the Parties that it was referring the case for a settlement conference with Magistrate Judge Lauren F. Louis to occur before the trial that is specially set to begin on July 29, 2026. Accordingly, this matter is REFERRED to the Magistrate Judge Lauren F. Louis for the purpose of conducting a settlement conference. The Parties shall contact Judge Louis's Chambers to arrange the settlement conference. Within two days of the settlement conference, the Parties shall submit a status report to the Court regarding the outcome of the settlement conference.
