SCHEDULING [CK5.1]ORDER: An in-person settlement conference is scheduled for February 11, 2027 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 504 North. The parties are directed to refer to the settlement-conference section of this Court's Individual Rules in preparation for the conference, to exchange settlement proposals fourteen (14) and eight (8) days prior to the settlement conference, and to submit their respective confidential ex parte settlement statements via Chambers email no later than one week before the settlement conference, i.e., by February 4, 2027. Each party, or a decision-making representative with full settlement authority for each party, must attend the settlement conference unless an ECF letter motion has been granted giving that person permission to participate by telephone.
