MINUTE entry before the Honorable M. David Weisman: In light of the pending trial scheduling issue before the district court and related status hearing (ECF # 2036 ), which will allow greater case management efficiency as to necessary discovery for trial purposes and the resolution of all pending cases, the status hearing set for 4/26/24 is stricken. Status hearing set for 5/9/24 at 2:15 p.m. Joint Status Report to be filed by 5/8/24 at 2:00 p.m. setting forth the parties' agreed (or competing) discovery schedules for cases set for trial as well as a discovery schedule for cases previously identified by this Court, which have a close of fact discovery date currently set for 7/19/24 (See ECF # 2006 ). Parties may appear in person or dial in using the Court's conference call in number. The conference call-in number is 1-650-479-3207 and the access code is 2316 422 1828. Counsel MUST send an email to Courtroom Deputy, Alyssia Owens, Alyssia_Owens@ilnd.uscourts.gov, at least three days before the hearing. Counsel other than lead counsel appearing telephonically cannot speak during the hearing. There will be no exceptions to this rule. On the day of the hearing, 5 minutes before the case is called, Ms. Owens will go through the list compiled from the emails to make sure all counsel are present by phone.
