AMENDED ORDER GRANTING 24 MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT. The Court enters the following Judgment: Plaintiffs are awarded: (1) $1,665,175.03 in damages, as set forth in the Court's December 9, 2025 Default Judgment Order 26 and (2) $39,997.98 in attorneys' and consulting fees. The Court awards prejudgment interest at the rate of 12% per annum, the statutory rate permitted by Washington law. BVB Express, LLC v. Straight Logistics, Inc., No. C24-848, 2024 WL 4371550, at *3 (W.D. Wash. Oct. 1, 2024) (citing RCW 19.52.010(1)). Post-judgment interest on the principal damages and fee amounts shall accrue at the highest allowable interest rate per annum, from the date of entry of this Order until the Judgment is satisfied.
