ORDER: The Court has reviewed the parties' Joint Stipulation to Amend Caption and Complaint. See Doc. 26. For clarity of the record, Plaintiff is directed to prepare a proposed second amended complaint that incorporates the corrections identified in the parties' stipulation, including removing CVS Specialty, Inc. as a defendant and revising any allegations as appropriate to reflect the proper legal entity. Plaintiff must provide the proposed second amended complaint to Defendants for review by July 15, 2026. If Defendants consent to the filing, Plaintiff may file the second amended complaint under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(2) by July 22, 2026.
